SMS Messaging & Consent
ZakiAI only sends transactional SMS—on-demand summaries, confirmations, or reminders—when you explicitly request them during a call or as part of an action you complete.
Every message ends with: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
When you reply STOP, we immediately suppress your number from any future SMS or calls.
We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Google API Limited Use Compliance
ZakiAI complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements and the Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy.
We only access Google API data (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Photos) to enable user-facing features within ZakiAI.
We do not: Use data for advertising; Share data with third parties (unless required for user-authorized integrations); Allow human access unless explicitly permitted by the user or required for legal or security reasons.
Our AI models do not retain or train on Google user data. Data is processed temporarily and solely to deliver active user-facing functionality.
