You must be 18+ and agree to these Terms to use our AI voice platform.

Provide accurate business and user information.

Safeguard your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any breach.

You may not use ZakiAI for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Spam or unsolicited marketing calls are strictly prohibited.

Reverse engineering or unauthorized access is not permitted.

We will provide the AI voice services "as is" with commercially reasonable efforts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or non-payment.

Fees are billed monthly in advance.

Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

Refunds are at our discretion, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZakiAI's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may terminate at any time via your dashboard.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We'll notify you of significant updates via email or in-app banner.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

By using ZakiAI, you agree that we may send you one-time SMS when you request it during a call (e.g. "Send my summary") or as confirmation of an action (appointment booking, payment).

Each SMS includes "Reply STOP to unsubscribe." If you STOP, we permanently suppress your number.

When a customer replies STOP, our system immediately flags their number in a shared suppression list. No further SMS of any kind will be sent—even if they call back and request another summary—unless they explicitly opt back in on a future call.
